Russell Petersen

Defender who had enjoyed huge success in the non-league game with Falmouth Town and Bideford, and signed for Tiverton in August 1975. Towards the end of that solid yet unspectacular season Peterson took over as manager from Pete Amos. Financial constraints and a poor run of form the following October led to Peterson resigning from his post and moving to Barnstaple Town.
