A regular for Bridgwater Town, Wilson, a creative attacking midfielder signed for Tivvy in December 2013 and settled quickly into the squad, scoring his first goal for the club against his former club in March 2014. Having also played for Winterbourne United, Chippenham Town, Gloucester City, Taunton Town and Weston-super-Mare, his first spell was short at Ladysmead, being one of many who came and went during the Clarkson era. He rejoined Tivvy for a single game in September 2015, this time from Wesern League side Bradford Town, and scored the only goal of the game against Yate Town.
