Villis originally signed for Tiverton in 2007 from Bridgwater Town, having played in the Football League for both Plymouth Argyle and Torquay United. After 85 appearances for Tiverton he moved to Weston-super-Mare in late 2009 in a move that it later transpired was forced through in order to free up a wage budget to accommodate mercurial midfielder Colin Marshall. Villis rejoined Tivvy in 2013 under manager John Clarkson, but stayed just one year before moving to Bideford. |
